Talent Management

A talent acquisition process comprising of competency based interviews and psychometric assessments are in place when we interview applicants for vacancies within The Group. Research regarding the predictive validity of our interviewing and assessment process is on-going. Our interviews are intense, our assessments are rigorous and our criteria are strict.
